Take the bricks they throw at you. Build a house with them.
Welcome to Self-Mastery — a timeless signal to become the architect of your mind and create yourself, starting from the inside.
A quick note: I apologise for not sending anything last week. I struggled to think clearly enough to write, and your inbox is valuable to me, so I don’t want to send you anything unless I really feel like it’s worth reading and resonating with.
But we’re back. And with a few tweaks to my message to the core of what your newsletter is about. I hope you like them.
When your mind is aligned with your body and spirit, people will throw criticism like bricks at you, and you will be strong enough to catch and build a house with them.
You are the true expression of love and pure possibility.
And that power brews within your mind, becoming the core of who you are. What happens next with that depends on what’s decided under your control.
Your view of yourself shapes everything in your life. It’s not the views other people have or that which you think other people have, but the outlook you have on who you are and your position in the world that controls much of your life.
Nothing is ever good or bad, it just “is”. And what “is” is yours to control.
Take those bricks of your critics and turn them into what strengthens you and what powers you. Build your foundation upon it.
What’s on My Mind
The last week has been eye-opening.
I struggled to see myself maintaining a positive, healthy routine. I’ve tried, but it’s been difficult this time around.
But this is a great moment. Why? I’ve identified what’s been the core of this message. I’ve not had a bad moment, It’s just what’s happened, and I’ve labelled it at that.
The choice is mine to determine whether this week has been good or bad. And my choice affects the entire tone of my circumstance.
Keep going. You’ve had a great week, finish it well today.
